Water Based Machining Fluid

Description: AMF 07 Plus is a solvent-free, oil-free aircraft and water-soluble metalworking fluid for application in open and closed machine circuits and system circuits that are used for the machining the types of metals and materials applied in the aircraft industry, such as aluminum, aluminum alloys, heavy-duty special steels, nickel and cobalt materials, titanium, titanium alloys, carbon fiber composites and much more.

Application:
AMF 07 Plus is free of emulsifiers and fully biodegradable. It is not classified as dangerous goods for shipping and is very gentle to human skin. AMF 07 Plus is tested according to Boeing specification BAC 5008, SNECMA 12547-01 and 02, as well as to SNECMA 10847-01. The product is a true solution which is recommended to be mixed with demineralized water. The unique rinsing and cleaning properties often make an additional cleaning of the finished parts unnecessary. AMF 07 Plus is based on materials that are usually also applied in the food and cosmetic industry, which are completely free of oils and solvents. The product does not mix with leaked oils, mineral, vegetable, or other white oils.

AMF 07 Plus is a multi-purpose product and can be applied for the machining of all types of metal. The product has been specially developed to fulfil the requirements of the aircraft industry and the respective machining requirements of metals and materials used within that industry. It is applied for the purposes of milling, drilling, turning, grinding, sawing, separating, and for many other machining processes.

The product is used for the cutting and chipping of Inconel, Hastelloy, Aeralloy, stainless steels, titanium, chrome-nickel alloys, aluminum alloys, as well as carbon fiber composites and many other materials. It saves having to use and stock various different types of cooling agents, which are produced for various individual applications. AMF 07 Plus can also be applied for the machining of other materials, which often prove difficult to cut and chip, such as plastics and non-ferrous metal alloys etc. The product has rapid bio-degradable characteristics and is skin- compatible, dermatologically tested and is bio-compatible for your employees. The processing machines are sufficiently protected against corrosion by means of additives. Your installations and equipment are kept in a much cleaner condition with this product than when applying conventional cooling lubricants, and you also simultaneously make a considerable contribution toward environmental protection.

AMF 07 Plus has excellent cooling properties and considerably increases the parameters of cutting speeds, as well as the endurance of tools. The work piece surfaces do not become sticky nor stained. Additionally, the machines, installations and equipment also remain clean. High cooling liquid pressures, ultra-filtration, or the use of centrifuges for means of cleaning the coolant are no problem for the product.

Direction for use: The recommended concentration: 5-10% in demineralized water (min. conductivity requirement: < 20 micro-Siemens/cm).

In order to ensure ideal application results and the unique lifelong endurance of the AMF 07 Plus product is a thorough cleaning of the existing cooling fluid tanks and the machine environment. The tanks and machine environment must be free of all kinds of residue, in order to prevent the product being mixed with other metalworking residue. For this purpose, we recommend cleaning the entire cooling system with our eOx Industrial cleaning agent because this ensures that all contamination is removed and that the stability of the cooling agent is not negatively influenced. Observance must also be made to ensure that the cooling system is filled up to the maximum during the cleaning process. The cleaning agent must be completely removed from the cooling system before filling up the system with new fluid.
